how are you fellows? enjoying summer? Chicago is so different in the summer..
I want to go to these events too, but my company is not going to pay a dime more on my training this year.
and did you guys hear..our company got bought out by Microsoft a month back?

Speak of the devil! Yes, I heard - so how does that play out for you? I was able to sneak in the Mashup because it's so reasonably priced (under 1k really helps), plus I have a boss now who actually believes in training!
I bet Chicago, like Rochester, explodes with life in good weather. We just had 100,000 on the streets for 9 days of jazz - with lots of free concerts. There's a bunch more concerts, a Twilight downtown pro-bike race, so much more.....
